W6/32单克隆抗体与人类MHC I类抗原（HLA-A、B、C）结合。MHC I类抗原与β2-微球蛋白相互关联，广泛存在于人类的有核细胞中，扮演着细胞介导免疫反应和肿瘤监测中的核心角色。此抗体能够识别HLA-A、B和C位点的产物共享的非多态性表位，并与43kDa及11-12kDa链进行免疫沉淀。同时，该抗体还与狒狒、恒河猴和食蟹猴等物种表现出交叉反应性。
